Snatches and Burpees

snatches were tough with the knee, tried not to drop under the weight so mostly a power snatch with a press out at the top, also tough w/metal weights. burpees went well, not hard on the knee at all.

back at it
after a long lay off from the outage and a knee injury, I'm back at it again. The knee injury has been the worse part. I know it will never be 100% again but as long as. I can stay moving I'll be ok wih it. So here are are my last couple of wods.
