After a full week of intense sickness, still lingering, I have finally got a WOD in and struggled to find my wind and strength. Still functioning at about 85% with a cough, will this sickness ever end.

The only highlight for the entire WOD was that all hspu's were performed unbroken, atleast I've got that going for me.
