10 KB swings @ 55#
60 Sit-ups
20 KB swings
40 Sit-ups
30 KB swings
20 Sit-ups
40 KB swings

Struggled during the sit-ups, always seems that they come up 2 days in a row for me, really struggled, kb swings were pretty easy only had to break up the last set of 40.
