good lifts, weights felt light. started feeling sick later in the day.

Felt better so went with a 5K row : 20:34 (2:03 ave 500m). pretty sure this beats my best time by a minute. later that day the crud hit me hard had to leave work early.

Complete rest day. Home sick from work, slowly starting to feel better.
