took a little bit to get going, working out the stiffness even after a warm up, all sets were unbroken, exercises seemed to work well together.

  1. Finally got back at it yesterday and my times/weights were nothing spectacular. Close to what I did 7 days ago with the same WOD's but not quite there.

    Did this WOD and did about as I thought.
    6 rounds + box jumps + KB swings + plus 14 cals

    Really wanted 7 rounds. Amazing how fast my first 3-4 rounds were and how much slower and segmented the last 2 were. Good workout though.
