I did back squats because I think my OHS needs a little coaching from coach Golden and didn't want to hurt myself. 5x5 back squat 135-155-185-205-225
3rft 25 thrusters @45# and 10 pull ups 6:46 ...you got me! I knocked the pull ups out of the park but the 2nd and 3rd round of thrusters really slowed me down!
