1 Front Squat
1 Jerk

95x2/ 115x2/ 135x2/ 155/175/195/205/215/225

everything felt good, got 225# overhead for the first time in a long time.

  1. Did this at my home gym so I had to do everything with dumb bells. Started with 2 35#ers and did
    35#s/45#s/55#s/65#s/65#s/65#s/65#s

    Probably would've been able to do more weight but it wasn't with a barbell and I was still feeling the run/squats.
