Had some hip tightness on the first few rds of front squats, moved my stance out and it went away.

    I really struggled with the last two front squats. Barely squeeked out two reps...broken at that.

    The walking lunges were much more difficult than I anticipated...and I did the row on max tension (10) which I didn't realize.
