this on was a programming learning experiance, do not couple these exercises together. my shoulders were cooked on the 2nd rd of thrusters and the burpees weren't any better. got through it.

    *Attempted 175 which would have been a PR but knew it wasn't happening right away and didn't want to fail out without completing 3 reps. Dropped to 165 (PR) and completed all 3 reps with the last rep being a little hairy!

    Totally spent. Shoulders were toast after the presses so this was horrible! Form on thrusters...out the door. Burpees were really slow. Felt my shoulders more doing them than I thought I would.

  2. Did this again (a week later...due to some laziness factors and other unforseeable things), and only got up to 155# on push press. Pretty tired so I'm not sure I could've gotten 165# even with a spotter.

    Got 6 rds + 1 burpee. The 1 burpee was suspect as to whether it was in time or not so I'd call it 6 rds even.
